My idea is to use the $70 MIR (in Canadian Living magazine) from Neutrogena on the 15x points day. You get your $70 back, plus lots of points!!!

The MIR rebate indicates valid between Jan 21 and Feb 4. Does that mean that the receipt needs to show the purchase date between those dates?

The spend $50 and get 15x the points in only Jan 8-10.
