My mother-in-law passed away last night - not the best way to celebrate Mother's day. She was a grand lady who live to the ripe old age of 90 (almost 91 actually), but it is still sad for the family.

I totally agree with the idea of not buying gas from Petro Canada and Esso to force them to lower their prices. Remember it's supply and demand, so no demand will cause them to sell their fuel for less to get ris of their supply( I know, a little play on words ) I buy from Husky. I've always liked Husky since my time in Calgary when all the other oil companies tried to put Husky out of business because Husky would not raise there prices when the other companies did. They got into a price war where the price of gas went down to $0.11 a litre and Husky won.

I was just on the phone with the CEO of Petro Canada, threatening not to buy from him any more in an attempt to force him to lower the price. He said sure, whatever. So let's see if it goes down tomorrow. Maybe you can do Esso now.

I am sorry for your loss. How magnificent that your m-i-l was nearing the age of 91. She must have been an incredible lady & I'm sure you must feel very enriched for having her in your life for all those years.

The male penguins come ashore in September and claim their nests. The females come ashore about a month later when they meet up with their mate ( they mate for life). Normally they lay 2 eggs. Incubation lasts 39–42 days, a task which the parents share in 10-15 day shifts. The pictures of mine were taken in January. They leave the beach in about March and stay swimming along the Atlantic coast of Brazil until they return to Argentina again in September.
