    Oh Patty you have such a great heart, I am looking so forward to seeing this, I too am going to go back to budgeting for the foodbank donations too.

    1) Green tea has great health benefits, and so does red wine, you can have a glass at night and a cup of tea in the morning, haha

    2) Congrats DH666 on the weight loss, I too like Patty haven't lost any and need to really, I am bringing out my weight watchers book again, lol

    Tea will be better for me also. Less caffeine and I drink it black unlike coffee wher I put cream in. I hope the weight loss is from changing my habits.
