GROUP 4 PROBLEM
Ok guys I seriously need help - I click on the register link in the email - fill in my info and the message I get is

We did not find your Optimum Card Number in our online database. Please check your card number and try again.

BUT I can go on the website and login to my account and see my info and points balance with the same info i'm putting in the referral form.

Anyone know what to do???? I'm kinda panicking here

We've seen this before. How long have you had your card? It takes up to 6 weeks for your information to be entered into the system. But we've also seen this with veteran cards. Regardless of whether the card is new or old, the solution is to call 1-800-SHOPPER and tell them about the problem so they can fix it. It's generally an easy fix, completed within the hour (if the card is new you might want to "forget" how old it is so they will fix it instead of telling you to wait). The phone line is open 8AM-8PM on weekdays.

Hi, I can't remember how I got on-line access to my optimum account but hopefully someone here does and can help me out.

My friend wants to join but she cannot view her account online. When she goes to the optimum website, it wants her to register for a new optimum account. Does anyone know the answer? TIA

Thanks for the quick reply!! NO, I can't call my SIL as she is sailing around the Caribbean I will PM her & have her sign up asap when she gets home!!! Hopefully she can still get in on a group by Sunday or Monday!

That's because you're not in a group yet. Setting up groups isn't instantaneous. Your job now is to wait. Tough, isn't it?
