Thanks Alexa. Being a group leader is also a way to skip ahead in line!. Note that we do require group leaders to be people we have cause to put our trust in though: a certain amount of reputation or references (can someone vouch for you?) is called for.

I am a first time leader and she put her faith in me! Despite some mixups last night because of my lousy typing skills on a laptop in bed, we are getting there! I have to prove my worth here or I will never ever live it down! Right Carly????

She is extremely good at helping though, and we will make it through it! I am working hard today to make sure that everyone gets on board with this!

I then counted in approx groups of 9 all the names that were after the people put into the last group, from the "waiting to be put in a group list". I calculate at least 18 or so more groups that still need to be formed before they get to my name. Have I calculated anywhere close?

Calculations like that just gives you an idea. People are also being added to established groups as replacements, when the need arises.
