Phew, SDM updated their site to acknowledge that it's 2011.

The dates are still the 11th to 13th, Tuesday to Thursday.

Cost to you is $20 cash plus tax OOP
This is a good time to use your mail in rebates Like the Glade Try Me Free.
Just make sure you keep a copy of the receipt for your records.
