Now, when I will found some free time, I need to scan and add the coupons I have found also! This is not because I was not posting here that I was not hunting coupons when I was going at grocery store ;)
But at this time of the year I'm almost doing home canning. In regard of this, I started a new project with a friend of me. As some of you know, my mother tongue is french and I have a blog (in french) talking about home canning and the frugal life style that we try to have in my family, (our life style is not the perfection, we are in process to have better life). In french, there is not alot of blog, website or forum talking about home canning and preserving. So I started with my friend Vincent (in the french side of internet he is know as Vincent le canneux) a new french forum about home canning and preserving. This was a project seating in a back burner since close to 2 years for him. And he decide to go head with this project this summer and ask me if I was still interested to help him. Homecanning and preserving are a big part of my life since many years now and passionate me alot. So I happily accept to help my friend and start this new adventure with him :)
In the same time, this let me less free time to come here and scan coupons. I will continue to up-date the index, because I like to finish what I started and promised to myself. But next up-date will probably be in one month and I will not continue this in 2012. (someone else will need to take care of it, this will let place to someone else!!)

I wanted to explain that (my other exciting project and homecanning) to the follower SCer of this thread since some days now, but I was searching my word. (yep french is my mother tongue, so this is hard for me to traduce my emotion here and explain that clearly). Mcminsen was knowing this already because I PM him at the beginning of the month. I pick a bushel of tomato (U-pick farm) this wednesday and made a first lot of spaghetti sauce (20 liters). This is to have it for the big canning period coming. For my family we need to process at least 12 bushel of tomato.
I'm waiting for my very local farm, 5km from here... Italian tomato will be ready first week of sept.
My zucchini and carot soups are done, the pickle are in fermenting process (I have 5 gallons of that). I have also a mixe of carot/ daïkon/coleshaw in fermenting process and need to start the fermented libanese beet and turnip this week. Strawberry and wild blackberry are done too.
Raspberry, corn, eggplant, sweet pepper and tomato are in front of me, I will process them in the next month. As usual for me you know! After, this will be apples, plums and pears.
I love that time of the year :)
