These were on the front page of either RedPlum or SmartSaver last year (I think around Valentine's Day?)-- B1G1 coupons - same "Random Act of Kindness" thing... so I don't think it's a facebook/save.ca thing. (I hope!) I had TONS of these last year (and my ass shows it)
