I found something nice and something not so nice in the new PriceSmart store in North Vancouver today. The nice was this Brisk coupon. $1 off a 12 pack and expiring Dec.31 '11.

The not so nice was... three big stack outs of Pringles with no less than eight empty and tattered coupon pad backings. I don't think the Pringles had been put out that long ago because hardly any of the product had been taken, and I didn't see it when I was in the store just two days ago. Each coupon pad backing had a little printed message on it that said "Sorry, all the coupons are gone!". Of course, maybe 400 people did come by in the last two days and take a coupon... or maybe there were no coupons to begin with?

I know what you mean...I went to Safeway the other night to check out the VH sauces - only wanted a couple to go with my other ones and the tear pad was completely empty . Oh well, you win some, you lose some...I'll keep looking...

The upside is that the Smartsource reps are supposed to come back every week to replenish those coupons (like the VH Sauce). But the Pringles coupons are GONE. They are a one time only non-Smartsource coupon.

Be sure to check back next week on Tuesday or Wednesday for more of the VH.

No kidding. I went to pick up copies of the local free paper & normally there are tons of copies -- today there were FOUR left with flyers in them still.

I'm sure I'm just one of many who got some more Tresemme samples and coupons in the mail. I had signed up for a promotion a couple of months ago and it's now closed but they just keep sending more. The previous coupons were expiring March 31 '11 but these new ones expire Sept.30 '11. There's a little window of opportunity to stack at London Drugs.

Neat coupons! Nice to see the longer expiry dates, especially on the Kellogg's Special K bars. What is Tillman's Toasty? Is it another version of a chicken snack that you put in your toaster?

When I was in RCSS today (Grandview Highway, Vancouver) I got some tasty samples of Aero Peppermint bars and a few coupons. I'm putting this on my wish list because a few of these will not be enough. Expires Dec.31 '11.
