maybe they dont ''steal'' it, I remember when i was a paper girl for the mississauga news waaaay back when , i had to put all the inserts into each paper one by one before delivering them. and a good chunk of the time there wasnt enough inserts for each paper so maybe you just got the one without?:shrug:

I would report them! I would call and complain big time!!! And then demand they send another paper out complete with coupons!

I didn't get them in my paper :( And we didn't get the one at work that we usually get. So sad. Oh, well. Maybe I can find some on my travels.

which paper is it in? I looked at the Province and the Sun and nada! Is it only home delivery?

:confused:they have different wording instead of one coupon per purchase the have added something about quantities stated on coupon etc at bottom. Has anyone seen this? My friend just phoned worried.

Vancouver area: It will be in the Sunday Province if you have a subscription. The newsstand ones don't seem to have it. It will also be in local (free) papers today. In Surrey it is in the Leader or the Now (I always forget which one it is, but it arrives faithfully with my inserts).

I didn't see it in the free papers.

In Victoria

All it should take is a quick call to the newspaper's circulation department to find out if the insert should be arriving in your paper. If it should, and it's not, they will likely handle the problem quickly. In my neck of the woods the local paper wants to ensure that advertiser's inserts are being delivered properly since advertisers are paying for the service. In fact, they even do random neighbourhood phone calls to check on delivery. I've received several calls over the past couple of years.

I called the Richmond Review and they told me they don't have an edition today, but will tomorrow; BUT there will NOT be an insert.

If they don't come in the newspaper stand Provinces, then how do I get an insert? Doesn't seem very fair to us in Richmond...

Edit: I also called the Province and they confirmed that P&G has only paid to have the inserts in HOME DELIVERY. So you can't get these in newstands...this sucks.
