So i looked at all the threads and couldn't find an answer to my one question. If I take five coupons for toothpaste all of which have the same upc code and buy five toothpastes can I use all five coupons since It would be five different items purchased or does "1 coupon per purchase" mean one coupon per shopping trip. Sorry this is very confusing to me. Thanks in advance.

It really depends on the store/cashier unfortunately. Some interpret "One per purchase" as one per transaction, where others interpret it as one per item.

I've only had a few cashiers not let me use a couple of the same coupon for different items (ie, one per item) but then I just had them ring each one through as a seperate transaction.

Hope that makes sense and helps.
