Gosh, what a cold response. The incorrect grammar ("where" instead of "were") bugs me, but the fact that they just basically said "sorry" and "did you get medical help" seems so cold and heartless to me, your response was extremely nice for how they responded.

I hope they reimburse you VERY generously, because honestly it could have been much worse, and probably will be for somebody else if they keep selling that.

i received my FedEx pick up label yesterday ill be sending out the processor tomorrow now i just have to wait and see what happens
