Last time, splenda 1$ coupon in french was having upc 04381495, exp april 30, 2011 and the english splenda 1$ coupon counter part was have upc 04381482 exp april 30, 2011.Liberty of one finish where liberty of the other one start

I've only used a couple French coupons so far (including an Aveeno printable one) and have had no problems at all!

I understand the diff. UPC for stacking, just not sure abt the French part.
Like 2010ontest said, lots of time the same cpn comes in English and French and they have diff. UPC. It would be nice if my LD would take the French cpns too.

Maybe next time I should try. I am just worry abt if the cashier doesn't know French will refuse the cpn and I wouldn't blame him/her. I cannot force someone to take the cpns if they couldn't understand what the cpn is abt. And I myself don't speak French either.
So I usually just stuff all the French coupies as extra if I am trading with someone in Quebec. I hope they don't mind.

I've spoken with a couple cashiers and managers at a couple LDs and they were like "of course we (have to) accept them, it is our 2nd national language"...and they couldn't necessarily read/understand the fine print, but I think the 'main points' of the coupons are pretty easy to make out, even if you don't speak or read French.
