First coupon shopping trip

Went through LD first because it's nearby (note I didn't stack this time because I didn't want to hold up a line with my being so new.)

Campbell soup on sale for .79 - Buy four get 1.00 off = 2.16
Tampax Pearl - On Sale for 3.99 - 1.75 (WUB 2) = 6.23
Cat Chow - small bag - On Sale for 3.49 - 2.00 (*manufacturer coupon) = 1.49 (and he threw the coupon into the bag, so I still have it :shock:)

SaveOn (because it was late and I was within walking distance)

Down Mountain Spring reg. 7.99-sale 3.02-2.50 (5.00 off wub two tide/downy) = 2.47
Tide Cold water HE reg. 6.99 - sale 1.22 - above coupon 2.50 = 3.27
Down Mountain Spring reg. 7.99-sale 3.02-2.50 (5.00 off wub two tide/downy) = 2.47
Tide Cold water HE reg. 6.99 - sale 1.22 - above coupon 2.50 = 3.27

I just spent the last hour and half trying to set up my first brag and it vanished (very sad), lol Maybe I'll try again tomorrow night.

What is "Above Coupon" mean or if a type, where do you get?..

Great brag! And we are all new at some point. So don't worry about holding people up at LD. Just go to Customer Service. They always call more cashiers if needed. Plus the people in line behing you might just be SC'ers. And we are an affable sort.

hehe, she's just referring to the coupon she used for the item immediately above. She used the P&G brandsaver coupons for $5 off when you buy 2 Tide and/or Downy.

Thanks all, I realized I shouldn't have been so nervous cause while the guy was checking me out at LD we chatted a bit, he has two little boys with one on the way, a third little boy no less, and he coupons LOL, so he was great. Next time I get up more gumption. hehehe

great job! i always go to customer service to stack at LD. i was so nervous when i started but it gets easier every time once you get the hang of it. :cheesygrin:
