Hains Celestial was more than happy to send coupons my way :D great response!

I called Janes (love their products!) but had an issue with their chicken strips a few months back - emailed through their webpage with no response.

So seeing this coupon offer, I called and explained the situation from previous and the lady said she didn't believe me! Talking about how her system worked so well and responds to emails all the time, etc.

Anyways, she said she would keep my name on file in case I have another problem and I said well is it possible to receive coupons for my next purchase? And she said no. I told her that $11.99 (yes I paid full price! Ahh!) was a lot to pay for something that we had to throw away and she finally said FINE! I said pardon? And she replied, fine I will send you a coupon!

Ohhh myy! That was not the response I was expecting! Imagine I had just called and requested the coupon! Scary thought!

can't find the thread about e-mailing companies...I e-mailed Kellogg's because I found a piece of foam in my Vanilla Almond Special K. They called me back within the hour and are sending me coupons!

Just got off the phone with a rep from Jane's and as of March 1st they changed their policy and are no longer giving out coupons.

I called chapman and was told to go to their website. After visiting the website, I got a message like this:


We are offering one coupon per family/household per year. Please forward your full name (first and last) and complete (home) mailing address and we would be happy to send one to you. Please allow 6 to 8 weeks for delivery. If we do not receive all the information we will not be able to send you a coupon.
