What do you usually say when you call or email them? I'm really hesitant to call any merchants ever too shy

So this is what I have received from the list of companies I provided a few weeks back so far:

Purina - (VERY GENEROUS!) - FPC for any dog food value max of $16
- (x2) FPC for any wet dog food max value of $4
- (x2) $3 off any Purina Product including treats
- (x2) $1 off any Purina Product including treats
Revlon - (x2) $10 off any Revlon or Almay product including hair colour, nail products, beauty tools and cosmetics.
Mann's - (x4) $1 off any
Uncle Ben's - $1 off Bistro Express Rice
- $2 off any fresh, frozen chicken
Johnsonville - (x2) $1 off any (can request every 90 days)
Smuckers - Mailed coupon book filled with great coupons
Blue Diamond - (x3) $.60 off almonds WYB 2
(x3) $.75 OFF Almond Breeze WYB 2
Gardein - (x3) $1 any
Bolthouse Farms- (x5) $1 off
Fresh Express - (x2) $.35 off
Haine’s Celestial - (x2) $1 off any product
Driscoll`s Berries - (x1) $1 off any of their berries

I just call and say I was wondering if you have any coupons you could mail out.
if you are emailing you can include
My name is ... we are a family of # and love your products.
ou can add or omit anything specific about your family's dietary needs or restrictions.
Be sure to leave your full name and mailing address so if they have coupons to send they can send them out right away.
Dont be shy worse they can say is they dont have any at this time. In which case they may ask if you want to be added to their mailing list.

When I email I tell them that I love they're products and am curious to know if they offer coupons to customers.
When I call I simply as them if by chance they offer any mail out coupons to customers.

I am shy as well, so I find email a lot less stressful than phoning. I just say either I like their products or want to try them and ask if they have any coupons they would be willing to send out. If I like a particular product, I like to let them know.

Written a nice e-mail to J&J...a coupon is on my way..I have the feeling of an fpc...because usually montly it is 2 x 3$ mir coupon

Boost no....I got a response to check in pharmacie,hospital or newspaper.

Colgate-Palmolive still yes after e-mailed them they give a link for newsletter and to fill your adress for coupons

Our call centre does not have a programme where we send coupons out to consumers on a regular basis as it is not feasible for us to do so.
If you wish to register on our Facebook page, you can take part in any promotional activities that take place throughout the year. Otherwise, most of our specials can be found at various grocery stores or large department stores, and are advertised in local newspapers in different parts of the country.
