i called J&J took at half hour too get through and the costumer service persons English was really bad i could hardly understand him i was trying to request o.b tampon coupons and reach coupon but he only gave me the o.b one but he gave me two so not bad but i dont think he understood what was going on!

Kimberley Clark does not give out coupons. I've called many times and spoken to different people and they all say no. I even left a message with my name, childs name, address their birthdate, etc for the option for huggies coupons. Never did receive anything.

I called Kimberly Clark once and they sent me two $1 coupons. They lady on the phone was really bitter about it though.

I recently received coupons from J&J after emailing them. Also got some from Fresh Express, Organic Meadows and Van Houtte coffee (with a sample).

Actually, Kimberly-Clark can give out coupons though not so easily. I called them some months ago and requested their coupons. A customer service representative told me that they had them in newspapers. I answered that I didn't subscribe any newpapers, so I couldn't get them. OK, she said she would mail coupons to me. I waited about a month, and no coupons. So I called second time and told them that they had promised me to send coupons but I hadn't received them yet. This time a CS repr.-tive (not the one, which was the first time) apologized to me, and after that I received 1 x $5 off (not printed) and 1 x $3 off (printed) for any Kimberly-Clark products.
