Bob -- I thought I read that the Netflix could only be done once, for first time signups?
code?? ahhhh, too early for me. congrats to those who got it. won 10sbs for my first search win searching smart canucks!!
have a great day all!
Wow, the code was super early so I missed it. First win was for 19 sbs, haven't won that big in awhile! Finished games.
When you sign up for netflix they only ask for your name, credit card number and email address.
If you own multiple credit cards and multiple email addresses (gmail for example) all you have to do is sign up using a CC/email you haven't used before and you're good. I'm on my 3rd free trial. Got swagbucks each time. Another good thing is that they take PayPal. So you can select PayPal as method of payment and get another free trial. Just cancel before the trial ends.
The best part is using http://unblock-us.com/ to make Netflix think I am in the US. It gives you complete access to all the shows and movies that people in the US have, which is WAY better than the Canadian selection.
I have never tried Netflix yet.........if I do, I hope to sign up for the free trial and earn some swagbucks as well.
Just make sure to go through Swagbucks special offers link to get the free one month trial and swagbucks credit.
Use the trial for a month and cancel the day before it ends and you are charged nothing*
I plan to use one last credit card I have that I haven't used at Netflix yet for a trial next month and then start paying for the service. I wasn't going to originally because I don't find the Canadian selection worth it, but ever since I learned about unblock-us and how to get access to the American netflix selection, it makes it well worth it.
*Netflix puts a $16 temporary authorization charge on your CC when you create your trial, but it's removed a few days later.
Netflix doesn't take prepaid credit cards, does it?
I did the trial with SBs some time ago and got the points - then a month ago I tried with iRazoo and didn't get the points...
^ yes it does ! just signed up last week with a prepaid. i wonder if i can use it agian after my month is up
Missed the code, picked up my 1st win 8SB and working on the SBTV for the day! :)
Hmmm - not so sure that it's following the guidelines of the offer to do it more than once (just the way I read it). Depends on your interpretation I think - is a free trial a free trial "membership"? Haven't looked at the other walls to see the wording.
On the Payment Wall Netflix offer states:
Start your 1 month free trial and instantly watch unlimited TV episodes & movies on your TV and computer. Only new, first-time Netflix members [my emphasis] are eligible to receive this offer. Previous members and their households are ineligible. Netflix reserves the right to revoke currency or goods if you cancel your Netflix membership within the first three (3) business days after signup. You must click through this link from a location in the United States to receive credits.
Free Trial. Swag Bucks awarded after completion of registration and confirmation of paid subscription.
Milkshake survey is back up on PaymentWall if anyone didn't try it before.
