How or can you change your settings a friend is not getting e-mails to say they have cashed out.

If your friend wants to change or check their email address on swagbucks they can do so under 'My Settings'.

When on Swagbucks click the little arrow next to Swagbuck total. The second item on the drop down list is My Settings, click that. Your friend will have to enter their login password. Account details will appear and click edit if the email address needs to be changed.

If the email is correct then the confirmation email may be going to your friend's junk folder. The order confirmation emails come from [email protected].
