I got a reply saying I was botting. I have never botted in my life. I watched sbtv during the night as I work graveyards. I started watching sbtv more because of the march swag bonus contest trying to make it to the bonus each day. I made it the first 3 days but could get enough points for 2 other days. they told me that my case is closed and nothing will get it back, but I sent them another reply anyway saying my part because I did not have a clue why i was deactivated. As I pointed out to swagbucks support, if I was botting I would have made the bonus each day. I was also doing games while watching sbtv which should show I wasnt botting. I hope they read my reply and look into it, but I dont know if they will. Im sad to lose such a great site. Not sure what to do now as I loved getting my amazon gift cards even if it was only $10-15 a month. To everyone who uses sbtv, becareful because if you use it too much they will see it as botting. never thought getting between 24-75 sb from sbtv per day would get me deactivated. Crosses fingers swagbucks will actually use their customer service and check into my info. I gave them and see it true. If not gl to everyone using swagbucks. it will be missed here

That's terrible wolverine and scouserhead! I will keep my fingers crossed for you both! I just contacted them about no daily surveys everyday for me even though they just sent me an email saying I have one I can do everyday. Maybe I shouldn't of brought attention to myself. LOL

Yeah, that's horrible .

I have heard that in the case where Swagbucks deactivates your account they will allow you to make a new account, but all the SB you earned in your old account will be lost .

(Which is why I try to redeem my points as soon as I earn enough, at least 1x/month).

That is crappy. I do the TV during the day while I am on the computer. I use more than one screen so I have the TV going to break the silence because there are times when I am just bored silly but can't get up and leave the computer.

Do either of you have more than one account in the house? I am wondering if that is how they are targetting as well.

Don't just email once, keep at them. Other people have had their accounts deactivated and they were returned.

I dont know if I would sign up again. I love the site but I dont want to waste my time signing up to just be deactivated again. I always saved up my sb and redeem for 2 gift cards together (except when it got towards the end of the month) If I do sign up again, I would want to use my real info as im not a cheater, but they will see my name and deactivate my account and im not going to make a fake name just to use their site. Are you sure I can sign up again?

i'm pretty upset... i had over 6700 that i was saving for a $100 paypal...
i do a lot of sbtv but don't use a bot. i catch my captcha's 99% of the time, so i don't understand why they'd think i'd be using a bot... this is SOO upsetting b/c i've spent so much time (8+ hours a day - while i do other stuff on the comp) accumulating those sbs! i sent them a email. hope they reactivate my account with my previous points.

oh and i only have one account and am the only one in my house who uses sb!

I had 2 amazon gift cards redeemed and about 700 sb in my account and they are gone as well, oh and 3 of the special bucks too.

Can you send them info about your job and that you work those hours? I would keep bugging them for sure. You earned them legitimately.
