Playing for SB you're guaranteed something if you win and with tokens each round of trivia won gets you 3 tokens which equals 3 spins. You can win more with the spins but you can also win nothing. It's more of a gamble. I playing for tokens for now, so far I think I've won more with the tokens than I would have playing for swagbucks.

Thanks for the explanation. I have won 15 sb but you can't cash out until you have 100 and at this rate it will take a loong time! It makes sense to do tokens instead I will try that out today.

You need your total of SB to be over 100SB in the trivia app to transfer them over. They don't even give you the option to transfer until you've hit 100.

100 sb total, regardless of how you win them.

I've only started playing a couple of weeks ago and I've transferred 190sb over so far and have another 25 or so in my account waiting. Since switching to tokens I've definitely won more, I think my highest was 165 in a day (very lucky day!).

cool I opted for tokens and won 50 and 5 on the spins today.
and had 15sb from choosing swagbucks earlier on trivia
so I am up to 70.

I recommend doing a mix of the two.
