I got confused about redeeming prizes. I used to redeem for 5 amazon.com gc and 5 amazon.ca gc each month. However, this month I cased out 5 amazon.com ones and the system won't let me cash out for amazon.ca ones. It's been saying that there's a limit of 5 on each prize. I emailed swagbucks and they say that you can only redeem for 5 GIFT CARDs each month no matter if it is a .com or a .ca. Is this happening to anyone else? Thanks!

This is the case for everyone and Swagbucks made the change around a month ago. You are limited to 5 GC's per denomination per month, regardless of whether it is .com or .ca.

I agree that it's very disappointing, but I guess they want people to spend more SB to get the higher denomination GC's.

i had the same amazon ordering issue last month, it does suck.. i just wish they'd make the difference with the cards less extreme.. atleast this last month i was able to order the paypals.. but i think from now on i'll be carrying a balence every month
