Thanks alicia. I'm trying to get AGC too and it's asking me to authenticate my account before completeing transaction...that's when it asks to send a pin via text or voicemail to my cell.

Is this a one time thing or would I have to do it every time I redeem? and so what's best, text of vm? thanks for any help!

Interesting. I don't remember ever having that happen - must be a new security thing that you have to do before you redeem for the first actual AGC. I would personally go for text because then it will be written out for you but that's just me. When you do redeem you must verify that you intended to order that either through email or a security question, but that's all done without a phone.

2nd, 10sb for Legislative Week In Review

ARGGH!! Did an entire survey this morning (for 100 SBs), even got the "thanks for completing" screen from the survey company and then when it returned me to swagbucks, it said the survey was overquota and I would receive one swagbuck!

That happened to me too last week.
I send them an email and no response....

Are you supposed to get one swagbuck for every survey you start but don't qualify for? I find sometimes it gives it and sometimes it doesn't.
