I've never had a problem from .ca or .com (granted a lot of things seem to not be able to be shipped to Canada). Once they were out of an item and they refunded me from .ca but that's been all, which I don't feel is a big deal.

I seem to be the North Pole for this bill: at least 6x over the last few days and no other.

I hear ya... I keep getting the 7 sb over, and over, and over again. But I have also gotten the 9 and 11 collector's bill. If only I was repeatedly getting the 15 or 19 one,... I wouldn't complain too much about that :)
