You have different computers....
so I am not sure.
We only have one and pretty much if there were any tasks in the evening we had to logout and login; same thing with the codes/searches/games/tv....
Logout from one account and login to the other one.
So probably that's why they think it's one person with "multiple accounts" - I don't know....

So far I haven't heard back.
