i don't have a facebook account too. if you have the swagbucks toolbar click SOCIAL MEDIA then FACEBOOK FAN PAGE. or you can access it from swagbucks' homepage, on the left side. if you still can't find it, just search SWAGBUCKS FACEBOOK on any search engines. or just type this URL,
http://www.facebook.com/swagbucks. i think you only need a facebook account if you want to post something on the WALL.
