So I noticed that there is a thread just for cats, but I never saw one for dogs, or else I just didn't search hard enough. This is the thread to post pictures, funny stories or anything else that you wanna say about your fur baby(s).

Hopefullly these attach and they aren't super big!!
The first and last picture are of my dog Zozo, and the middle two are of Cali, the Shepard, and Liam the Border Collie. They have both passed away though, but will forever leave a place in our hearts.
my dog eats kleenex - do other dogs do that-ive heard some people mention it-why i dont know??
Oh, you'll love this one...we have a new dachshund pup, 4 months old...the other day I left her alone in the livingroom for a couple of minutes. When I came back...there she was, sitting oh-so-innocently in the midst of about 15 kleenex tissues, each of them in some sort of disrepair! She had this look on her face like: Mom...somebody made a mess here.
How can you be mad at something like that?! LOL!! I had such a good laugh, but had to gather them up pretty quickly so that she didn't get at them again!
I have no idea if she ate any, but she did swipe my muffin paper liner cup the other day and ate it. There was no sign of it anywhere. We chatted about this on another thread here (I think in my "Jenny at 4 months old" thread...and apparently it doesn't harm them if they grab something once in a while...fibre,right? :-)
well I have a 4 year old Dachsund named Sadie, who has 3 kitty cat "siblings"...well Sadie takes it upon herself to be the boss of these cats (who by the way, she nursed all three of them when they were kittens...I'll try and find some pictures)...anyways the youngest cat, a calico, is VERY attached to the dog, to the point that she seeks her to just about molest the poor dog...at almost 2 years old, the cat still latches onto the dog and suckles her fur...and Sadie hates this, lets out a little growl, but most often just lets the cat be...so it's quite funny because this little cat goes to extremes to follow the dog everywhere, sleeps cuddled into the dog and so forth.
And another thing is my dog is the laziest dog...she won't get out of bed usually til about 10...if we get up early, she stays in her bed until after we have coffee usually, then comes out to greet us and play...dachshunds are such quirky dogs...lol
We have billions - well, maybe thousands - of crows that spend their winter in our city providing themselves with meals by ripping open garbage bags. We have lots of trees in our backyard and they sit there and drop THEIR garbage in our backyard. I'm amazed at how many times I have to try to "trick" my one doggie out of eating BONES that have been delivered to him via the Crow Express! At first I thought it was our neighbour hurling bones over the fence (for some strange reason.)
Tomorrow I'll have to keep an eye on him again - it's garbage day tomorrow.
We have a 12yr old Swedish Elkhound. I adopted her from the pound when she was 2 months old and was found as a stray. She has been with me through thick and thin, and has moved literally across the country not only once, but twice!
As you can tell in the picture, she absolutely *loves* her little kitten brother...
