I searched it before, and I'm pretty sure they don't.
I also asked a few months ago, and I was told no, but it could've changed since then, but doubtful.

No they do not and if you want to use SPC discount they only do it on full price items (not advertised sales or clearance)

Yes they doooo! I called and asked! I asked if I could price match their Royale TP with the BOGO and they said YES as long as I bring in the flyer that I am price matching

They just will not allow any coupons on top of price matching.
