They are worth $4 and consist of protein (your choice of flavour - i.e. chocolate, vanilla, banana, strawberry, choc. mint, etc) and a yogurt base.

It looks like all locations in Ontario/Quebec are participating.

I visited the Cambridge, Ontario location today and it was NO problem getting the smoothie - I tried chocolate! Really good too! The employee was very knowledgable and friendly!

And if you get hooked on them like I did, they are only $4 each! I think it is about a 3 cup serving that you get and it is 24 grams of protein! Not bad!
