So I am a total newbie at this but if I am figuring this out correctly Safeway has Crest on for .80 cents, if I price match at LD and buy in pairs I can save $1.50 by combining my 2 P&G coupons. That works out to .05 cents per tube! Really?

Really really. If you have the right coupons, you can get pretty much everything free at london drugs.
Some LDs are sticky if it says card price! Just a note!
London Drugs isn't suppose to PM Safeway, but I believe I've heard of a few stores that actually do.
courtenay did!!!
will they price match diapers?
Yes London Drugs will price match diapers... (just remember that they won't price-match : Save-on-foods. Safeway. Cooper's foods. etc; eg: most of the stores that require that you have a card... However they do price match from shoppers drug mart, and they have the optimum card...)
(I was emailed a list from head office, and those were a few of the stores which they pointed out cannot be pm'd) I personally stick with just PMing from: Shoppers Drug Mart, Zellers, Real Canadian Superstore, and walmart, rexall, but of course there are other pm-able places...
My LD will PM Safeway, Save-On and Coopers, since the cards are free. They just won't PM anywhere you have to pay to get those prices.
Optimum is simply a rewards card, the rest are club cards which get you money off an item if you use it there, which is why they're separated.
I PM to Safeway, save-on and so forth all the time, in fact I actually did PM the crest toothpaste just yesterday without a hitch, they don't even check what store its from when I go, just the dates, lol....
The so called memberships to these stores are available to everyone for free anyway, I thought it was just places like Costco since you must pay for a membership to receive their prices.
