Hello all:

I am new to all this, so please have patience. I need coupons and I am just starting out.Perhaps I should share with you some info I have. I wrote Sobeys and asked if they take printed/internet coupons and their reply was.

Polices and procedures
All coupons must be valid and have the following:
-Expiration date
-Mailing address must be in Canada
-one coupon only can be used against each item purchased
-one of the following inscriptions should appear on the coupon
-to the merchant
-to the retailer
-to the franchise
-to the dealer
cannot be a "Mailing Coupon"- to be mailed in by the customers.

Do not accept Internet coupons that
-are printed one colour on only one side of normal "bond" or photocopier paper
-have face value of over $2.00
-offer free product
-don't have a coupon offer code
-have a non-Canadian redemption address

I hope this info is helpful. I also would like to join (not start) a coupon train.
