First day of no smokes.. going a little insane.. pain is soo soo.. doctor told me on friday to get my colestrial staightened out.. so.. doing ok.. I guess?

you're quitting smoking? good luck to you i quit about 12, or so, years ago, haven't looked back since.. in fact, i'm one of those annoying reformed smokers that can't stand the smell now and complains quite vocally when someone is smoking where they shouldn't be.. lol

had to quit.. to walk outside i was breathing heavy... out of air..Not because I want to.. but must, if I want to be here in another 10..

lucky you.. yeah had some blood work done few weeks back.. told me to get my colestrial down again.. so will work at it.. and the smoking thing, and the pain.. and .. and.. and..
