ughhhh so frustrated. I did a horrific shopping trip to get these ingredients for the zucchini bread. Drove in hell traffic. followed the recipe to the T. It never said to use 2 pans. And now its been way over the baking time and the middle isnt cooked. Im so frustrated. This is the bf mom and grnadmas recipe. I ranted to him that she should of put pan size on it!!!!

Put the pan in the sick to wash and it cracked. Its a thick glass pan. My day has been a total waist

I told the BF he is still eating it regardless LOL. It does taste good. Just a lil crunchy on the crust. I will know for next time. Sorry if im ranting.
