As a person gets older, their views gets all funky, they want to do it their way and their way is better [not all people are like this but there are "those" who's attitude changes] ... I dunno this is my opinion of what I see people around my area but I could be wrong

I was so mad!

The 1st girl, did nothing and told me to call back in 20 minutes.
The 2nd guy was very helpful - (I added data + msging and it took all my moneys for msgs even though they're unlimited!) so he credited me back and made sure it was added.

Two minutes later ALL the moneys gone again.. from picture msging which is also included in my package, so he fixed it finally and now I'm afraid to send another msg LOL he gave me a little lecture on having patience and waiting for the feature to fully activate before using it.

I know this, I used to work for T-Mobile & Rogers! blech!

my situation with fido was slightly worst ... Fido called me last friday if I wanted a free phone [even though I have 7 months more of my contract, also the person didn't even say which phone lol] so I declined. Guess what?? on Monday the phone came [some crappy basic phone] and the took money from my fido dollars *facepalm* on tuesday I had to waste my time and go to the UPS store to send it back
