:( I just had to call AGAIN.

They put my money back but never refreshed me on the network with my feature.. meaning I was double paying to text/picture msg and use the web. Lame lame lame! I made the lady stay on the phone with me while I refreshed my Telus account LOL

last....and I missed the Fido talk but I thought I would share....had a phone with them awile back...moved and told them. Went into the stores and called on the phone for 7 months to change my address and with no bills paid what I thought my bill was. I got a call on Christmas Eve from their rep....telling me off for not paying my bill...she even swore at me saying it was my fault that the bill wasn't going to my house!! Then she cut my phone off! Never do business with them again!! Aweful service!!!!!!!!

Wow sucks .... I usually turn off my phone for like 1 min then turn it back on after I change something on my account [like adding or removing a service or similar]

wow that is bad service. This is the worst situation I ever had with fido, and only one billing error within the last 6 - 7 years i am with them so *knock on wood* nothing else happens for the next 7 months. After that I am thinking of switching to one of the newer companies Wind Mobile or Mobilicity ... family and friends are happy with those company so far :P

I turned it off :( and took the battery out! I was so mad, it's finally working good though. Stupid Telus.

the mooning reminds me of a time during the summer when I was walking out of no frills, 3 girls in a convertible car drove by the entrance, 1 was driving, 1 mooned and the other flashed us :lol: ... an old guy that was walking out had a jaw dropping moment hahaha
