I have my internet back.....
Was told it would not be before Thursday, and then
it was only the modem they were sending....
I was nice , polite and persistent a technician just left...
I hope you guys missed me at least!

Nice to hear your internet is back!!! We need more people like you .. be nice to the technician
... I run into a few that I find very rude people when coming to service their house, sometimes they make me feel 
for the rest of the day.

It is tough, however do your best not to take it personally.
They are upset that they had to have a technician in.
They're displacing their anger on to you!
