d'ya know what? i have to say that the people at Shaw have been nothing but helpful and pleasant.. they're not horrid to deal with like Bell.. polar opposite of Bell actually.. could be that they're not outsourcing their calls the first guy that i spoke to was in mississauga, don't know where the other two people were but all of them were somewhere in canada

I agree, I have never had a problem with shaw, they are great. Bell on the other hand OMG I cancelled my cell phone with them, I can't stand them. The bay outsources to some place in India, we had a sofa delivered 2 years ago, they broke our door and we couldn't even close it (let alone lock it), when I called and requested someone please come and fix it asap so I could lock my door, they said "Oh its the weekend and we won't be able to talk to the warehouse till sometime next week " What the h&ll and I suppose to do (I live on the ground floor of a condo) They said they keep all the calls and send them once a week, when I explained this was kind of urgent as I couldn't lock my condo she said she was sorry but thats the way they do things Needless to say, I have not purchased another piece of furniture, appliance or anything that may require service from them since.

ugh, i hate dealing with someone on the other side of the world for a company that is in my backyard.. they don't know the first thing about anything you want, they all just read from a script

Out of Rogers [fido], Bell, Telus and Wind Mobile

I'd say Bell is the worst then Rogers ... rogers is a hit or miss of getting the right person, same goes with telus. Wind Mobile is so so as I only called in twice and was good with them but heard crappy stories.
