Out of Rogers [fido], Bell, Telus and Wind Mobile

I'd say Bell is the worst then Rogers ... rogers is a hit or miss of getting the right person, same goes with telus. Wind Mobile is so so as I only called in twice and was good with them but heard crappy stories.

I got nothing against bell. Just at the time when I was with bell, when I ran into problems I usually get the worst rep when calling in even though I was being nice and calm about the problem as I know problems happens

But now I find bell is okay ... I have 1 cellphone with bell under my name for my brother and I find it okay when calling in now.
