At the risk of sounding crazy that is how I managed to calm down in life. I was a fighter until the age of 18. If I got mad enough I see black and have no clue what happened or have any control over myself. Not like a kill ppl out of control but still pretty scary. That sport takes everything out of me and younger I needed to put that anger and frustration somewhere. I blame my bad childhood for those black outs, thankfully as an adult, a wife and a mom that part of me died. Okay I’ll stop before it starts to look like I’m writing a book here.
