I went to type why but I sound like a broken record, don’t I? I have asked myself so many times this week why did I ever start smoking in the first place! Why does one start, I mean really nobody thinks it smells good and we already knew it was bad for the health.. so why.

I did the same 5 days ago Jays. Didn't have a date in mind I just woke up and was done with it.

Congrats.. One day at a time.. it will be 4 months for me on the 11th of February.. Just a hint.. waht I did.. did not tell anyone or myself that I quit.. That I was just taking a rest from it.. I did nicorettes for 3 weeks, then sour candies, and then mints.. and then found out I was diabetic.. But like I said it will be four months next month.. and I smoked between 2 and 3 packs a day..
