I have a friend who got a really good deal on a house for the same reason. There was nothing wrong with the house, but I guess people worry there would be a problem with mold etc.

I'm getting excited about this house were driving by tomorrow but the realtor is only available on Monday... Can't wait my DH and FIL are already talking about what we should offer I hope finges crossed.

Afternoon/morning all.
Just had the best sleep of life..
Went to a hockey game last & night & then was supposed to go out with friends to a pub.. instead I came home, laid down for a few minutes.. ended up sleeping for 12 hours.
Must have needed it!
