no thanks kelly - but I got news on my new house - so because its a foreclosure there has to be an accepted offer for it to go to court where we can make a sealed bid against the offer - highest bid wins the asking price had gone down from 549900 to 472000 and I just got an email from my realtor telling me the accepted offer is 445,000 omg I'm so excited its sooooo cheap so now we go to court and bid in two weeks!!!
