what was for dinner?

oops, I logged out right after dan,

we had skinless/boneless chix thighs that were marinated in Mama Sita's BBQ seasonings. Then sliced them in small strips, threaded them onto 8 skewers and watched them rotisserie their way to yumminess on my indoor grill thingy. Huge pan of sauteed mixed colour peppers, onions, mushrooms, broccoli, sprouts and toasted almonds ( flavours of rice and balsamic vinegars, some raspberry vinaigrette, dashes of soy and hot sauce) Served over rice.

Good morning....just returned last night from a trip to New Hampshire...skiing. A last minute trip well worth it! Looks like the ski season is over here. Time to get the golf clubs out & dust off the bike.
