Read what I missed... ended up having leftovers from supper last night for lunch - homemade pork chop suey and rice - just as good as yesterday!
Ate while watching The Chew - which I often can't stand, but it was mostly bearable today.

Neighbours are shovelling snow - and I can't get out to do it, so I guess my son will have to do it when he comes home from college, so we'll be LAST on the block!

It's not to bad. I have a good bunch of kids. We are a small community and I am related to half the kids on the bus and 4 of them are my own kids. I always feel so sorry for the teachers being stuck in a classroom full of kids all day, must take lot's of patients

Ok some chores done - soup to hot - Teachers and bus drivers have my support - Its a tough job - Out here teachers are in the middle of a nasty strike/labour dispute - I fell bad for them. They don't get paid enough. Kinda like housewifes lol

i can't remember where i saw it or the exact number, but there was an article comparing all the things a stay at home mother does and the monetary equivalent worth of all the jobs...turns out that stay at home mom's are 'making' upwards of $200K a year...

Yeah, we're all white again. It had all melted prior to yesterday!

Yesterday it drizzled during the day a bit, then around suppertime it rained, hailed, then freezing rain, thunder, lightening, then snow. Bizzarro-world!!! It was all misty and freaky looking during the evening...

So it's now just under zero, but at least it's sunny out now!

Other parts of the province got huge amounts of snow; some of the highways closed.
