    Yes I am sooo excited - I have the trades all lined up to start work asap so I can get in there fast!!

    Part of the contract to get occupancy the contractor has the wash down evry surface in the house twice with some sort of cleaning solvent - So all I have to do is the inside of the cupboards and replace toilet seats (I'm a little nuts about using the last owners toilet seats lol)
