i made the dough last night and baked the twist bread for breakfast this morning. now im doing more dough and making mini twist breads to give out to friends my house smells like a bakery

2/3 cup of water or so
a bit more than 5cups of all-purpose flour
little more than 1/2 cup of sugar
2 eggs
little honey
1 and about 1/2 teaspoons of salt
about a cup of milk
about 1/4 cup of butter chopped up
3and a bit tsp yeast
