there was a great show on TVO about the need to legalize drugs. They have a program in Vancouver. But the Portugal program has shown serious benefits to doing so.

It costs billions of dollaers to fight the war on drugs which has gone on since the early 70's and still nothing has changed

sorry no I wasnt clear. they have a safe area in a building for needle users. That is the more serious addiction. offers clean needles, drinks and a detox program for those that want to try it
