Ok so after my RCSS shop where some guy yelled at me the Swiss Chalet manager called me and pissed me off even more so I called HO again and let it all out - well the regional manager called me and the franchisee too and lets just say I now have a free 11 person next visit!!!!!

was that fast enought - lol the dude at rcss was sooooo red after I told him where to go - He was like stop holding the line socializing and i said actually I'm couponing if you don't like it you can pay for my groceries - then I saw him in the parking lot and I honked and waved lolol
