Think I'll have a smoothie for lunch...very berry is my fav. Next is mango hurricane.

i just put a couple scoops of this disgusting vegan chocolate stuff into about 1/2 cup cherry yogurt, a cup of europes best fruit essentials berry blend and a splash of orange juice. blended it up and it awesome. kinda like dark cherry chocolate. (the gross taste from the protein chocolate stuff is very much subdued)

last during a quick bite to eat. Rice and lentils. Yummmmm.
