Hiya HG - the lake was a bust - on the way up a firetruck and two ambulances went by followed closely by a police truck we got to the gate to have a park ranger tell us the park was "full" and closed for the day "huh" I have never heard that before - So I asked him if anything had happened and he got a nervous look and said no so we had to turn around and drive the hour home - stopped at a park with a splash park after an hour or so it started to rain - crap-tastic day!!
